Tom Heights Villa - Ambleside

Tom Heights Villa was a great value for the money, with a lovely feel and homely decor. The fully stocked kitchen and thoughtful amenities like books, games, and walking information. The location couldn't have been better, right in the middle of town but still quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Despite a few minor issues, like a broken sofa wheel and a wobbly loo, it didn't dampen our overall experience. The shower screen could have been a bit higher for taller guests, but it didn't bother us too much. we had a wonderful week and would definitely recommend staying here.
